소음ㆍ진동관리법 제18조(위법시설에 대한 폐쇄조치 등)

특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제8조에 따른 신고를 하지 아니하거나 허가를 받지 아니하고 배출시설을 설치하거나 운영하는 자에게 그 배출시설의 사용중지를 명하여야 한다. 다만, 그 배출시설을 개선하거나 방지시설을 설치ㆍ개선하더라도 그 공장에서 나오는 소음ㆍ진동의 정도가 배출허용기준 이하로 내려갈 가능성이 없거나 다른 법률에 따라 그 배출시설의 설치가 금지되는 장소이면 그 배출시설의 폐쇄를 명하여야 한다. <개정 2009.6.9, 2013.8.13>
