소음ㆍ진동관리법 제17조(허가의 취소 등)

Noise and Vibration Control Act, Article 17 (Revocation of Permits, etc.)

특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 사업자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 배출시설의 설치허가 취소(신고 대상 시설의 경우에는 배출시설의 폐쇄명령을 말한다)를 하거나 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 조업정지를 명할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 배출시설의 설치허가를 취소하거나 폐쇄를 명하여야 한다. <개정 2009.6.9, 2013.8.13>
