① 법 제11조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 수 이상의 소상공인"이란 「중소기업기본법 시행령」 별표 3에 따른 도매 및 소매업 중 중소벤처기업부령으로 정하는 업종을 주된 업종으로 영위하는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 수 이상의 소상공인을 말한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

③ 소상공인공동물류센터는 다음 각 호의 기준에 따라 운영하여야 한다.
