소상공인기본법 제32조(전문연구평가기관의 설치)

① 정부는 소상공인시책의 수립 등에 필요한 소상공인 현황 파악 등 조사, 연구 및 평가를 수행하는 전문연구평가기관을 설치할 수 있다.
