Framework Act on Small Business Owners, Article 10 (Small Business Owners Policy Deliberation Committee)

① 소상공인의 보호ㆍ육성과 관련된 주요 정책 및 계획과 그 이행에 관한 사항을 심의ㆍ조정하기 위하여 중소벤처기업부에 소상공인정책심의회(이하 "심의회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 심의회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ조정한다. <개정 2025.12.2>

③ 심의회는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 25명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(3) The^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 25 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

④ 위원장은 중소벤처기업부장관이 되며, 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 된다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups,스타텁스 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 persons:퍼슨즈

1. 대통령령으로 정하는 관계 중앙행정기관의 차관 또는 차관급 공무원

2. 소상공인, 경제ㆍ산업 등의 분야에 관한 경험과 전문지식이 풍부한 사람 중에서 중소벤처기업부장관이 위촉하는 사람

⑥ 실무조정회의는 소관 사항을 전문적으로 검토하기 위하여 분과별 전문위원회를 둘 수 있다.

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 심의회, 제5항에 따른 실무조정회의 및 제6항에 따른 분과별 전문위원회의 구성ㆍ운영과 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
