소비자기본법 시행령 제29조(시험ㆍ검사의 의뢰)

①법 제36조제1항에 따라 시험ㆍ검사를 의뢰받은 국공립검사기관은 특별한 사유가 있는 경우가 아니면 의뢰받은 날부터 15일 이내에 시험ㆍ검사의 결과를 한국소비자원에 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 15일 이내에 그 결과를 통보할 수 없는 부득이한 사유가 있으면 그 사유와 통보기한을 정하여 한국소비자원에 알려야 한다.

②제1항에 따른 시험ㆍ검사에 드는 비용은 한국소비자원이 부담한다.
