소비자기본법 시행령 제18조(전문위원회의 조직과 운영)

①법 제25조제6항에 따라 정책위원회에 올릴 안건 중 전문성이 요구되는 사안에 대한 연구ㆍ검토를 수행하도록 하기 위하여 분야별 전문위원회를 둔다. <개정 2018.4.30>

②제1항에 따른 각각의 전문위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 15명 이내의 전문위원으로 성별을 고려하여 구성한다. <개정 2018.4.30, 2026.9.8>

③전문위원회의 위원장은 법 제24조제3항에 따라 위촉하는 위원 중에서 국무총리인 정책위원회 위원장이 다른 정책위원회 위원장과 협의하여 임명하거나 위촉하고, 전문위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 된다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2018.4.30, 2026.9.8>
