소비자기본법 시행령 제16조(정책위원회의 회의)

① 정책위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 열고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2018.4.30>

② 정책위원회의 위원장은 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 위원이 아닌 사람을 회의에 참석하게 하여 발언하게 하거나 배석하게 할 수 있다. <신설 2018.4.30>
