소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 제54조(조치명령등의 기간연장)

① 다음 각 호에 따른 조치명령 또는 이행명령(이하 "조치명령등"이라 한다)을 받은 관계인 등은 천재지변이나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사유로 조치명령등을 그 기간 내에 이행할 수 없는 경우에는 조치명령등을 명령한 소방청장, 소방본부장 또는 소방서장에게 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 조치명령등을 연기하여 줄 것을 신청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 연기신청을 받은 소방청장, 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 연기 신청 승인 여부를 결정하고 그 결과를 조치명령등의 이행 기간 내에 관계인 등에게 알려주어야 한다.
