소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 제42조(성능인증의 취소 등)

① 소방청장은 소방용품의 성능인증을 받았거나 제품검사를 받은 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 소방용품의 성능인증을 취소하거나 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 해당 소방용품의 제품검사 중지를 명할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호ㆍ제2호 또는 제5호에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 소방용품의 성능인증을 취소하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 소방용품의 성능인증이 취소된 자는 그 취소된 날부터 2년 이내에는 성능인증이 취소된 소방용품과 동일한 품목에 대하여는 성능인증을 받을 수 없다.
