소방시설공사업법 시행규칙 제6조(등록사항의 변경신고 등)

① 법 제6조에 따라 소방시설업자는 제5조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 등록사항이 변경된 경우에는 변경일부터 30일 이내에 별지 제7호서식의 소방시설업 등록사항 변경신고서(전자문서로 된 소방시설업 등록사항 변경신고서를 포함한다)에 변경사항별로 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 협회에 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 첨부서류에 대한 정보를 확인할 수 있는 경우에는 그 확인으로 첨부서류를 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2014.9.2, 2015.8.4>

② 제1항에 따른 신고서를 제출받은 협회는 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따라 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 다음 각 호의 서류를 확인해야 한다. 다만, 신청인이 제2호부터 제4호까지의 서류의 확인에 동의하지 않는 경우에는 해당 서류(제2호의 경우에는 사업자등록증 사본을 말한다)를 제출하도록 해야 한다. <개정 2013.11.22, 2015.8.4, 2016.1.21, 2025.5.15>

③ 제1항에 따라 변경신고 서류를 제출받은 협회는 등록사항의 변경신고 내용을 확인하고 5일 이내에 제1항에 따라 제출된 소방시설업 등록증ㆍ등록수첩 및 기술인력 증빙서류에 그 변경된 사항을 기재하여 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2014.9.2, 2015.8.4>

④ 제3항에도 불구하고 영업소 소재지가 등록된 특별시ㆍ통합특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도 및 특별자치도(이하 "시ㆍ도"라 한다)에서 다른 시ㆍ도로 변경된 경우에는 제1항에 따라 제출받은 변경신고 서류를 접수일로부터 7일 이내에 해당 시ㆍ도지사에게 보내야 한다. 이 경우 해당 시ㆍ도지사는 소방시설업 등록증 및 등록수첩을 협회를 경유하여 신고인에게 새로 발급해야 한다. <신설 2015.8.4, 2026.7.1>

⑤ 제1항에 따라 변경신고 서류를 제출받은 협회는 별지 제5호서식의 소방시설업 등록대장에 변경사항을 작성하여 관리(전자문서를 포함한다)하여야 한다. <개정 2015.8.4>

⑥ 협회는 등록사항의 변경신고 접수현황을 매월 말일을 기준으로 작성하여 다음 달 10일까지 별지 제7호의2서식에 따라 시ㆍ도지사에게 알려야 한다. <신설 2015.8.4>

⑦ 변경신고 서류의 보완에 관하여는 제2조의2를 준용한다. 이 경우 "소방시설업의 등록신청 서류"는 "소방시설업의 등록사항 변경신고 서류"로 본다. <신설 2015.8.4>
