Enforcement Rule of the Fire Protection Systems Construction Business Act, Article 30 (Application for Designation)

① 법 제29조제4항에 따라 실무교육기관의 지정을 받으려는 자는 별지 제41호서식의 실무교육기관 지정신청서(전자문서로 된 실무교육기관 지정신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 소방청장에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 첨부서류에 대한 정보를 확인할 수 있는 경우에는 그 확인으로 첨부서류를 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2015.8.4, 2017.7.26>
