소방시설공사업법 시행규칙 제13조(소방시설의 완공검사 신청 등)

① 공사업자는 소방시설공사의 완공검사 또는 부분완공검사를 받으려면 법 제14조제4항에 따라 별지 제17호서식의 소방시설공사 완공검사신청서(전자문서로 된 소방시설공사 완공검사신청서를 포함한다) 또는 별지 제18호서식의 소방시설 부분완공검사신청서(전자문서로 된 소방시설 부분완공검사신청서를 포함한다)에 설계도서 1부를 첨부하여(법 제13조제1항에 따른 착공신고 또는 같은 조 제2항에 따른 변경신고 후 설계도서가 변경되지 않거나, 법 제20조에 따라 감리업자가 공사감리 결과를 통보하는 경우는 제외한다) 소방본부장 또는 소방서장에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 첨부서류에 대한 정보를 확인할 수 있는 경우에는 그 확인으로 첨부서류를 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2025.1.23>

② 제1항에 따라 소방시설 완공검사신청 또는 부분완공검사신청을 받은 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 법 제14조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 현장 확인 결과 또는 감리 결과보고서를 검토한 결과 해당 소방시설공사가 법령과 화재안전기준에 적합하다고 인정하면 별지 제19호서식의 소방시설 완공검사증명서 또는 별지 제20호서식의 소방시설 부분완공검사증명서를 공사업자에게 발급하여야 한다.
