소방기본법 시행령 제7조의8(시험의 합격자 결정 등)

①제1차 시험은 매과목 100점을 만점으로 하여 매과목 40점 이상, 전과목 평균 60점 이상 득점한 자를 합격자로 한다.

②제2차 시험은 100점을 만점으로 하되, 시험위원의 채점점수 중 최고점수와 최저점수를 제외한 점수의 평균이 60점 이상인 사람을 합격자로 한다. <개정 2016.6.30>

④소방청장은 제3항에 따른 시험합격자 공고일부터 1개월 이내에 행정안전부령으로 정하는 소방안전교육사증을 시험합격자에게 발급하며, 이를 소방안전교육사증 교부대장에 기재하고 관리하여야 한다. <개정 2008.12.31, 2009.5.21, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2016.6.30, 2017.7.26>
