소방기본법 시행령 제1조의4(세부계획 추진실적 등의 평가)

① 소방청장은 재난ㆍ재해, 그 밖의 위급한 상황으로부터 국민의 생명ㆍ신체 및 재산을 보호하기 위하여 세부계획 수립의 적절성, 세부계획 추진실적 등에 대하여 정기적으로 평가할 수 있다.

② 소방청장은 제1항에 따른 평가를 하려는 경우 다음 연도의 평가계획을 11월 30일까지 시ㆍ도지사에게 통지해야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따라 통지를 받은 시ㆍ도지사는 전년도 세부계획 추진실적 등을 1월 31일까지 소방청장에게 제출해야 하고, 소방청장은 제1항에 따른 평가결과를 3월 31일까지 시ㆍ도지사에게 통보해야 한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 세부계획 추진실적 등의 평가에 필요한 사항은 소방청장이 정한다.
