소방공무원 승진임용 규정 제29조(시험실시권의 위임)

① 법 제11조 단서에 따라 소방청장은 시ㆍ도 소속 소방공무원의 소방장 이하 계급으로의 시험 실시에 관한 권한을 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임한다. <개정 2021.11.23>

② 시ㆍ도지사는 제1항에 따라 시험을 실시하는 경우 시험의 문제출제를 소방청장에게 의뢰할 수 있다. 이 경우 문제출제를 위한 비용 부담 등에 필요한 사항은 시ㆍ도지사와 소방청장이 협의하여 정한다. <신설 2020.3.10, 2021.11.23>
