소방공무원법 제26조(심사청구)

「국가공무원법」 제75조에 따라 처분사유 설명서를 받은 소방공무원이 그 처분에 불복할 때에는 그 설명서를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에, 같은 조에서 정한 처분 외에 본인의 의사에 반한 불리한 처분을 받은 소방공무원은 그 처분이 있음을 안 날부터 30일 이내에 같은 법에 따라 설치된 소청심사위원회에 이에 대한 심사를 청구할 수 있다. 이 경우 변호사를 대리인으로 선임할 수 있다.
