소방공무원법 제11조(시험실시기관)

소방공무원의 신규채용시험 및 승진시험과 소방간부후보생 선발시험은 소방청장이 실시한다. 다만, 소방청장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 권한의 일부를 시ㆍ도지사 또는 소방청 소속기관의 장에게 위임할 수 있다.
