세계유산의 보존ㆍ관리 및 활용에 관한 특별법 시행령 제3조(세계유산지구의 지정 등의 고시)

① 국가유산청장이 법 제10조제1항에 따른 세계유산지구(이하 "세계유산지구"라 한다)를 지정ㆍ변경 또는 해제(이하 "지정등"이라 한다)한 때에는 같은 조 제6항에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항을 고시해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.14>

② 법 제10조제6항에 따라 관계 서류의 사본을 송부받은 관할 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)은 그 사본의 내용을 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도ㆍ특별자치도(이하 "시ㆍ도"라 한다) 또는 시ㆍ군ㆍ구(자치구를 말한다. 이하 같다)의 게시판 및 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고하고, 30일 이상 일반인이 열람할 수 있도록 해야 한다.
