Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Preservation, Management, and Utilization of World Heritage, Article 2 (Consultation on Major Policies, etc.)
「세계유산의 보존ㆍ관리 및 활용에 관한 특별법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제6조제1항에 따라 중앙행정기관의 장 및 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 시책 또는 계획을 수립할 때에는 미리 국가유산청장과 협의해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.14>
Under Article 6 (1) of the Special Act on the Preservation, Management, and Utilization of World Heritage (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), the heads of central administrative agencies and the Mayors of Special Metropolitan City, Metropolitan Cities, and Special Self-Governing City and the Governors of Do and Special Self-Governing Province (hereinafter referred to as "Mayors/Do Governors") shall consult in advance with the Administrator of the Korea Heritage Service when formulating the following policies or plans:
1. 「기업도시개발 특별법」 제5조에 따른 기업도시개발구역의 지정
1. Designation of a corporate city development zone under Article 5 of the Special Act on Corporate City Development;
2. 「도시개발법」 제3조에 따른 도시개발구역의 지정 및 같은 법 제4조에 따른 도시개발사업의 계획
2. Designation of an urban development zone under Article 3 of the Urban Development Act and a plan for an urban development project under Article 4 of the same Act;
3. 「습지보전법」 제8조에 따른 습지보호지역 및 습지주변관리지역의 지정
3. Designation of a wetland protection area and a wetland surrounding management area under Article 8 of the Wetlands Conservation Act;
4. Designation of a nature park under Article 4 of the Natural Parks Act;
5. 「자연환경보전법」 제12조에 따른 생태ㆍ경관보전지역의 지정
5. Designation of an ecological and scenic conservation area under Article 12 of the Natural Environment Conservation Act; and
6. 「해양생태계의 보전 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제25조에 따른 해양보호구역의 지정
6. Designation of a marine protected area under Article 25 of the Act on the Conservation and Management of Marine Ecosystems.
