세계유산의 보존ㆍ관리 및 활용에 관한 특별법 시행령 제16조(권한의 위탁)

① 국가유산청장은 법 제23조제3항에 따라 다음 각 호의 권한을 국가유산의 보호ㆍ보존ㆍ보급 또는 활용 등을 목적으로 설립되어 세계유산 분야에 관한 전문성을 갖춘 기관이나 법인 또는 단체 등에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2024.5.7>

② 국가유산청장은 제1항에 따라 권한을 위탁하는 경우에는 수탁기관의 명칭 및 위탁내용 등을 고시해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>
