성폭력범죄자의 성충동 약물치료에 관한 법률 제15조(치료명령을 받은 사람의 의무)

① 치료명령을 받은 사람은 치료기간 중 상쇄약물의 투약 등의 방법으로 치료의 효과를 해하여서는 아니 된다.

② 치료명령을 받은 사람은 형의 집행이 종료되거나 면제ㆍ가석방 또는 치료감호의 집행이 종료ㆍ가종료 또는 치료위탁되는 날부터 10일 이내에 주거지를 관할하는 보호관찰소에 출석하여 서면으로 신고하여야 한다.

③ 치료명령을 받은 사람은 주거 이전 또는 7일 이상의 국내여행을 하거나 출국할 때에는 미리 보호관찰관의 허가를 받아야 한다.
