성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제8조(강간 등 상해ㆍ치상)

① 제3조제1항, 제4조, 제6조, 제7조 또는 제15조(제3조제1항, 제4조, 제6조 또는 제7조의 미수범으로 한정한다)의 죄를 범한 사람이 다른 사람을 상해하거나 상해에 이르게 한 때에는 무기징역 또는 10년 이상의 징역에 처한다.

② 제5조 또는 제15조(제5조의 미수범으로 한정한다)의 죄를 범한 사람이 다른 사람을 상해하거나 상해에 이르게 한 때에는 무기징역 또는 7년 이상의 징역에 처한다.
