Enforcement Rule of the Seafarers' Act, Article 39-3 (Applications for Confirmation of Grounds for Payment of Overdue Wages)

영 제18조의5제1항의 규정에 따라 체불임금 지급사유의 확인을 받고자 하는 자는 별지 제17호의7서식에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 당해 사업장의 선원근로감독을 관할하는 지방해양항만관청에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.3.14>
