선박직원법 제27조(벌칙)

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제4조에 따른 면허 또는 제10조의2에 따른 승무자격인정을 받은 사람

2. 제4조에 따른 면허 또는 제10조의2에 따른 승무자격인정을 받지 아니하고 선박직원으로 승무한 사람과 그를 승무시킨 자. 다만, 승무 중에 면허 또는 승무자격인정의 유효기간이 만료된 사람은 제외한다.

3. 승무경력을 거짓으로 증명하여 준 자

4. 제9조(제10조의2제6항에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다) 또는 「해양사고의 조사 및 심판에 관한 법률」에 따라 업무정지처분 중에 있는 사람을 선박직원으로 선박에 승무시킨 자

5. 제11조제1항을 위반하여 해기사(제10조의2에 따라 승무자격인정을 받은 사람을 포함한다)를 승무시킨 자

6. 제12조제3항 또는 제17조제3항에 따른 명령을 위반한 자

8. 제22조제2항을 위반하여 면허증이나 승무자격증의 대여 또는 부당한 사용을 알선한 사람
