Enforcement Rule of the Act on Entry into and Departure from Ports of Vessels, etc., Article 19-4 (Submission of Materials Related to Dangerous Goods)
① 관리청이 법 제35조의2제1항에 따라 관계 행정기관의 장에게 요청할 수 있는 자료는 다음 각 호와 같다.
(1) The materials that the administrator may request from the heads of relevant administrative agencies pursuant to Article 35-2 (1) of the Act shall be as follows:
1. 위험물의 적재(積載) 여부를 확인할 필요가 있는 선박에 대한 다음 각 목의 정보
1. The following information on vessels for which it is necessary to verify whether dangerous goods are loaded:
가. 선박명 또는 선박번호 등 해당 선박의 식별을 위한 정보
(a) Information for identifying the relevant vessel, such as the vessel name or vessel number;
나. 해당 선박의 국내 입항일과 입항 항만 등 운항 정보
(b) Navigation information, such as the date of entry into the Republic of Korea and the port of entry of the relevant vessel;
2. 제1호에 해당하는 선박에 적재된 위험물의 선하증권(船荷證券) 번호 및 품목번호 등 위험물을 식별하기 위한 정보
2. Information for identifying dangerous goods, such as the bill of lading number and item number of dangerous goods loaded on vessels falling under subparagraph 1;
3. 그 밖에 관리청이 선박에 적재된 위험물로 인한 사고를 예방하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 정보
3. Other information deemed necessary by the administrator to prevent accidents caused by dangerous goods loaded on vessels.
② 관계 행정기관의 장은 법 제35조의2제1항에 따라 요청받은 자료를 제출하는 경우 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제1항제1호에 따른 정보통신망 또는 법 제50조제1항에 따른 항만운영정보시스템을 이용하여 전자적 파일 형태로 제출해야 한다.
(2) When the head of a relevant administrative agency submits materials requested pursuant to Article 35-2 (1) of the Act, he or she shall submit them in the form of electronic files using an information and communications network under Article 2 (1) 1 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection or the port operation information system under Article 50 (1) of the Act.
