선박안전법 제77조(선박검사원)

①제60조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 대행업무를 행하는 공단 및 선급법인은 해당대행업무를 직접 수행하는 자로서 선박검사원을 둘 수 있다. <개정 2009.12.29>

② 제1항에 따른 선박검사원의 자격기준 및 직무 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 해양수산부령으로 정한다. <신설 2009.12.29, 2013.3.23>

(2) Necessary네서세^r리 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 criteria크^r라이티^r리아 and앤드 duties,두티즈 etc.엣세터^r러 of어^v브 ship쉽 surveyors서^v베이어즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries.^f피셔^r리즈

③해양수산부장관은 선박검사원이 그 직무를 행하는 경우 이 법 또는 이 법에 따른 명령을 위반한 때에는 공단 또는 선급법인에 대하여 그 해임을 요청하거나 1년 이내의 기간을 정하여 직무를 정지하도록 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.12.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.2.18>

④공단 또는 선급법인은 제3항에 따른 해임 또는 직무정지의 요청을 받은 때에는 지체 없이 해당 선박검사원에 대하여 조치를 하고 그 결과를 해양수산부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.12.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.2.18>
