선박소유자 등의 책임제한절차에 관한 법률 제69조(배당)

① 관리인은 제68조제1항에 따른 이의기간이 지나면 지체 없이 배당을 하여야 한다.

② 배당표에 대하여 이의신청이 있는 경우에는 이의에 대한 재판이 확정된 후가 아니면 배당을 하지 못한다. 다만, 이의 없는 제한채권자에 대하여는 이의에 대한 재판이 확정되기 전이라도 법원의 허가를 받은 범위에서 배당을 할 수 있다.

③ 배당은 대법원규칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 관리인이 공탁관에게 기금으로부터의 지급을 위탁하는 방법으로 한다.
