선거관리위원회법 제14조의2(선거법위반행위에 대한 중지ㆍ경고등)

각급선거관리위원회의 위원ㆍ직원은 직무수행중에 선거법위반행위를 발견한 때에는 중지ㆍ경고 또는 시정명령을 하여야 하며, 그 위반행위가 선거의 공정을 현저하게 해치는 것으로 인정되거나 중지ㆍ경고 또는 시정명령을 불이행하는 때에는 관할수사기관에 수사의뢰 또는 고발할 수 있다.
