Asbestos Damage Relief Act, Article 24 (Establishment and formation of the fund)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 이 법에 따른 구제급여를 지급하는 데 드는 비용에 충당하기 위하여 석면피해구제기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)을 설치한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 기금은 다음 각 호의 재원으로 조성한다.

③ 정부는 이 법에 따른 구제급여 지급을 위하여 회계연도마다 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 기금에 출연하여야 한다.
