석면피해구제법 시행령 제22조(기금의 지출절차)

① 기금재무관이 지출원인행위를 하였을 때에는 그 지출원인행위에 관한 서류를 기금지출관에게 보내야 한다.

② 기금지출관이 지출원인행위에 따라 기금을 지출할 때에는 「한국은행법」에 따른 한국은행, 「은행법」 제2조제2호에 따른 은행 또는 체신관서를 지급인으로 하는 수표를 발행하여야 한다.

③ 기금재무관이 지출원인행위를 한 후 부득이한 사유로 해당 회계연도 내에 지출하지 못한 금액은 다음 연도로 이월하여 지출할 수 있다.
