③ 기후에너지환경부장관은 법 제16조제2항에 따라 구제급여의 지급이 결정되었을 때에는 지체 없이 법 제24조에 따른 석면피해구제기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)에서 제13조에 따라 정해진 부담액을 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 지급해야 한다. <개정 2018.5.15, 2024.12.24, 2025.10.1>
