서민의 금융생활 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제51조(사무국의 조직 및 운영)

① 법 제62조제1항에 따라 위원회에 두는 사무국(이하 이 조에서 "사무국"이라 한다)에 사무국장 1명을 둔다.

② 사무국장은 위원회의 동의를 받아 위원장이 임명한다.

(2) The^ð더 Secretary세크^r러테^r리 General제너^r럴 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 chair체어 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

③ 사무국장은 위원장의 지휘를 받아 위원회의 소관사무를 관장하며 소속직원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 사무국의 조직 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 정관으로 정한다.
