서민의 금융생활 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제48조(설립등기 등)

법 제56조에 따른 신용회복위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 설립등기, 변경등기, 그 밖의 위원회의 등기에 관하여는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
