서민의 금융생활 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제39조(금융회사등이 제출하는 자료의 범위)

법 제40조제2항제1호 본문ㆍ단서 및 같은 항 제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 자료"란 금융회사등의 명칭ㆍ연락처, 휴면계좌 번호 또는 가입증서 번호, 소멸시효 완성일 및 그 밖에 금융위원회가 정하여 고시하는 자료를 말한다. <개정 2021.10.5>
