Enforcement Decree of the Act on Support for the Financial Lives of Ordinary People, Article 22 (Composition and Operation of the Inclusive Finance Council, etc.)

① 법 제29조제1항에 따른 서민금융협의회(이하 이 조에서 "협의회"라 한다)는 의장 1명을 포함하여 성별을 고려한 11명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

나. 서민금융에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람으로서 서민금융 관련 업무에 5년 이상 종사한 경력이 있는 사람

(b)비 Persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 abundant어번던트 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 inclusive인클루시^v브 finance^f퍼낸스 who후 have해^v브 worked워크트 for^f포 at앳 least리스트 five^f파이^v브 years이어즈 in인 inclusive인클루시^v브 finance-related^f퍼낸스-^r릴레이티드 work.워크

③ 협의회의 의장 및 위원은 비상근ㆍ무보수로 한다.

(3) The^ð더 chair체어 and앤드 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 non-standing난-스탠딩 and앤드 uncompensated.언캄펀세이티드

④ 협의회는 의장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에 소집한다.

(4) The^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 when웬 the^ð더 chair체어 finds^f파인즈 it잇 necessary.네서세^r리

⑤ 협의회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 협의할 수 있다.

3. 그 밖에 협의회의 의장이 관계 중앙행정기관 및 민간기관이나 단체 간의 협의가 필요하다고 인정하는 사항

⑥ 협의회의 의장은 법 제29조제2항에 따른 협의회 사무국의 원활한 업무 수행을 위하여 필요한 경우 참여기관과 협의하여 그 소속 공무원 또는 직원의 파견 또는 겸임을 요청할 수 있다.

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 협의회 및 사무국의 구성, 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 협의회의 의결을 거쳐 의장이 정한다.
