서민의 금융생활 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제17조(진흥원의 업무)

1. 법 제24조제1항제1호ㆍ제2호 및 제4호의 업무를 진흥원의 요청에 따라 수행할 것

3. 서민의 금융생활 지원사업을 위하여 필요한 전산설비, 업무공간 및 사무장비 등 물적 설비를 갖출 것

4. 법 제24조제1항제8호에 따라 진흥원으로부터 지원받은 자금을 제1호의 업무를 수행하는 용도로 사용하는 등 진흥원이 업무방법서로 정하는 요건을 갖출 것
