생활화학제품 및 살생물제의 안전관리에 관한 법률 제3조의2(국가의 책무)

① 국가는 경제ㆍ사회ㆍ교육ㆍ문화 등 모든 부문에 제2조에 따른 기본원칙이 반영될 수 있도록 노력하여야 하며, 관련 시책의 수립ㆍ시행, 행정적ㆍ기술적ㆍ재정적 지원 및 시스템 구축 등 제반 여건을 마련하여야 한다.
