생물자원관의 설립 및 운영에 관한 법률 제8조(임원 및 직원)

① 생물자원관법인에 임원으로 관장 1명을 포함한 15명 이내의 이사와 감사 1명을 둔다. <개정 2019.11.26>

② 관장을 포함한 상임이사의 수는 3명 이내로 하고, 그 외의 임원은 비상임으로 한다.

③ 관장은 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제29조에 따른 임원추천위원회(이하 이 조에서 "임원추천위원회"라 한다)가 복수로 추천한 사람 중에서 기후에너지환경부장관이 임명한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
