Act on the Conservation and Use of Biological Diversity, Article 30 (Reports and Inspections, etc.)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관련 자료를 제출하게 할 수 있으며, 관계 공무원으로 하여금 해당 사업자의 사무실ㆍ사업장 등에 출입하여 관련 서류ㆍ시설 또는 그 밖의 물건을 검사하게 하거나 관계인에게 질문하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2018.10.16, 2023.8.16, 2025.10.1>

② 제1항에 따라 출입ㆍ검사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인의 요구가 있을 때에는 보여주어야 한다.
