새만금사업 추진 및 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령 제31조의5(공공시설용지 및 공공지원 건축물의 범위)

1. 「중소기업기본법」에 따른 중소기업, 「중소기업창업 지원법」에 따른 창업기업ㆍ예비창업자ㆍ재창업기업ㆍ예비재창업자 및 「소상공인기본법」에 따른 소상공인(이하 이 조에서 "중소기업등"이라 한다)이 입주하여 경제활동을 하는 용도로 사용되는 건축물 중 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 건축물로서 연면적의 50퍼센트 이상을 공사가 직접 임대하거나 임대 후 분양 전환하는 건축물

5. 「주차장법」 제2조제11호에 따른 주차전용건축물. 다만, 「주차장법 시행령」 제1조의2제1항 단서에 따라 주차장 외의 용도로 사용되는 부분이 있는 경우 제1호부터 제3호까지의 용도로 사용되는 부분이 주차장 외의 용도로 사용되는 부분의 50퍼센트 이상인 경우로 한정한다.
