Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Promotion of and Support for the Saemangeum Project, Article 31-23 (Scope of Partner Enterprises of Foreign-Invested Enterprises, etc.|17)

① 법 제45조의2제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기업"이란 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 기업을 말한다.

가. 원자재ㆍ제품이나 서비스의 구매ㆍ판매 실적이 있는 경우

3. 「외국인투자 촉진법」 제14조 또는 제14조의2에 따라 지원을 받은 자가 아닐 것

④ 제3항에 따른 신청을 받은 새만금청장은 신청자와의 협상 및 새만금위원회 심의ㆍ의결을 거쳐 자금지원 여부를 결정한다.

⑤ 새만금청장은 제4항에 따라 자금지원이 결정된 경우에는 지원 결정일부터 1년 이내에 해당 자금을 일시에 지급하거나 5년 이내의 기간 동안 10회 이내로 분할하여 지급할 수 있다.
