Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Promotion of and Support for the Saemangeum Project, Article 11 (Application for Approval of Implementation Plans, etc.|26)

① 사업시행자는 법 제11조제1항에 따라 같은 조 제2항 각 호의 사항이 포함된 실시계획을 작성하여 개발계획이 승인ㆍ고시된 날부터 2년 이내에 승인을 신청하여야 한다. 다만, 사업시행자가 불가피한 사유로 신청기한의 연기를 요청하고 새만금청장이 그 사유를 인정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2016.2.11>
