상호저축은행법 제35조의3(퇴임한 임원 및 퇴직한 직원에 대한 조치)

① 금융위원회는 상호저축은행 및 중앙회의 퇴임한 임원 또는 퇴직한 직원이 재임 또는 재직 중이었더라면 제24조제1항제1호ㆍ제3호ㆍ제4호 또는 제29조제1호ㆍ제3호ㆍ제4호의 조치를 받았을 것으로 인정되는 경우에는 그 조치의 내용을 해당 상호저축은행 또는 중앙회에 통보할 수 있다. <개정 2017.4.18>

② 제1항에 따른 통보를 받은 상호저축은행 또는 중앙회는 이를 퇴임ㆍ퇴직한 해당 임직원에게 통보하고, 그 내용을 기록ㆍ유지하여야 한다. <개정 2017.4.18>
