상호저축은행법 제23조(검사)

① 금융감독원장은 그 소속 직원으로 하여금 상호저축은행의 업무와 재산에 관하여 검사하게 할 수 있다.

② 금융감독원장은 제1항에 따른 검사를 할 때 필요하다고 인정하면 상호저축은행에 대하여 업무나 재산에 관한 보고, 자료의 제출, 관계자의 출석 및 의견의 진술을 요구할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따라 검사를 하는 자는 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계자에게 내보여야 한다.

④ 금융감독원장은 「주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률」에 따라 상호저축은행이 선임한 외부감사인에게 그 상호저축은행을 감사한 결과 알게 된 정보나 그 밖에 경영건전성과 관련되는 자료의 제출을 사용목적에 필요한 최소한의 범위에서 서면으로 요구할 수 있다. <신설 2013.8.13, 2017.10.31>
