상표법 제91조(등록상표 등의 보호범위)

① 등록상표의 보호범위는 상표등록출원서에 적은 상표 및 기재사항에 따라 정해진다.

② 지정상품의 보호범위는 상표등록출원서 또는 상품분류전환등록신청서에 기재된 상품에 따라 정해진다.
