상표법 제75조(상표등록료의 미납으로 인한 출원 또는 신청의 포기)

1. 제72조제3항 또는 제74조에 따른 납부기간에 해당 상표등록료(제72조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 후단에 따라 분할납부하는 경우에는 1회차 상표등록료를 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)를 내지 아니한 경우
