상법 제581조(사원의 회계장부열람권)

①자본금의 100분의 3 이상에 해당하는 출자좌수를 가진 사원은 회계의 장부와 서류의 열람 또는 등사를 청구할 수 있다. <개정 1999.12.31, 2011.4.14>
