상법 제133조(화물상환증교부의 물권적 효력)

화물상환증에 의하여 운송물을 받을 수 있는 자에게 화물상환증을 교부한 때에는 운송물 위에 행사하는 권리의 취득에 관하여 운송물을 인도한 것과 동일한 효력이 있다.
