산지관리법 제45조(복구전문기관의 지정ㆍ육성)

① 산림청장은 산지의 효율적인 복구를 위하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 업무를 수행하는 자를 산지복구전문기관 또는 단체(이하 "복구전문기관"이라 한다)로 지정하여 육성할 수 있다.

② 복구전문기관은 「산림조합법」에 따른 산림조합중앙회 및 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 요건ㆍ절차에 따라 지정된 법인(「상법」에 따른 법인은 제외한다)으로 한다.

③ 산림청장은 복구전문기관의 업무수행을 위하여 필요한 자금의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다.
